WE have high poverty in this region. OUR citizenry is high risk. Many are elderly.
WE should not have adult daycares opened.
OUR dad went to one when he was alive. He was very outgoing and enjoyed himself.
Adult daycares got $110 per person back in 2014. It is a money making business.
